A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
- Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
- Country refers to: Florida, United States.
- Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
