  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Polyprep. For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
  • Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.
  • Cookies are small files that are placed on Your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
  • Country refers to: Florida, United States.
  • Data Controller, for the purposes of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), refers to the Company as the legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
  • Do Not Track (DNT) is a concept that has been promoted by US regulatory authorities, in particular the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), for the Internet industry to develop and implement a mechanism for allowing Internet users to control the tracking of their online activities across websites.
  • GDPR refers to EU General Data Protection Regulation.

Important Note Regarding SMS Data Sharing: Notwithstanding any other provision in this Privacy Policy, your mobile phone number, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or business partners for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

Email & Text Message (SMS) Marketing

We may use Your Personal Data to contact You with newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, text message alerts, and other information that may be of interest to You.

  • Email Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving email communications from Us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email We send.
  • SMS Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.

Consent for Mass Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile number and explicitly opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages (SMS) from us via Mailchimp at the times you have specified or at the frequency established by our marketing programs.

  • Consent: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Help & Support: For assistance with our text messaging program, you can reply "HELP" to any of our messages or contact us directly.
  • Privacy Restriction: As stated above, mobile information and SMS consent opt-in data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Data Usage and Privacy Assurance

We will not sell, lease, or otherwise make available your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes without your explicit consent. All data collected, including chat messages with our AI assistant, will be used solely for legitimate purposes such as service improvement, diagnostic analysis, and AI training.

The Company uses remarketing services to advertise to You after You access or visit our Service (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook). You can decline the collection of information for interest-based advertising via platforms like the NAI's opt-out platform.
